Stretch!
I thought I was nuts when I went for 2 sessions of yoga in one go last evening. But it was indeed a good workout especially during the hot session in a room of 37 degrees.
At the end of it, I thought I would wake up the next morning not being able to feel my arms and legs. I mean, it was intensive stretching that I never thought I could do - like rolling backwards to place your feet above your head. But yea, I'm doing fine today!
I'm happy to learn new poses and stretch muscles that I never knew I had ;)
